How do I know if I’m eligible to apply?
You’re eligible as long as you have purchased a PETKIT product through Amazon, Walmart, or the official PETKIT website (order number required), have shared your experience on a public platform, and currently reside in the United States.
My previous experience post was very simple. Can I still apply?
Yes. As long as the content is your own genuine experience with the product, you’re welcome to apply.
Can I apply if I purchased outside the U.S.?
This recruitment is only open to users who purchased in the United States.
Ambassador programs for other regions are currently in preparation and will be announced later.
Are new product trials completely free? Do I need to return the product?
Yes. All selected ambassadors will receive the trial product completely free of charge, with no payment required and no need to return the product.
Do I need to pay shipping for the free cat litter gift?
No. All welcome gifts will be shipped by PETKIT at no cost to you.
Will everyone who applies become a PETKIT ambassador?
Due to limited availability (500 spots total), applications will be reviewed based on eligibility and shared content.
Applicants who are not selected will receive an email notification once spots are filled.
How long will it take to receive the application result?
The review process typically takes 5–10 business days. All applicants will receive an email update, whether selected or not.
