At PETKIT, we are committed to providing premium pet care products at competitive prices. If you find a lower advertised price for an identical eligible product from an official PETKIT sales channel, we may match the lower price, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
- To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, color, size, version, and specifications.
- The product must be currently in stock and available for purchase on both websites at the time of verification.
- The price must be publicly advertised and verifiable by PETKIT.
- The request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
- The compared price must be listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- The order must be purchased and shipped within the United States.
- The compared price must come from an official PETKIT-operated direct sales channel designated for the U.S. market.
Non-Eligible Pricing
The following prices, promotions, and situations are excluded from price matching:
- Prices offered by unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplace sellers that are not officially operated by PETKIT.
- Listings sold or fulfilled by non-PETKIT sellers on platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon Marketplace, eBay Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms.
- Prices from international or non-U.S. regional PETKIT websites or stores.
Clearance sales, liquidation sales, open-box items, refurbished products, used products, or damaged items. - Flash sales, limited-time promotions, doorbusters, holiday-exclusive pricing, bundle offers, buy-one-get-one promotions, or pricing errors.
- Membership discounts, loyalty rewards, employee discounts, influencer or affiliate promotions, student discounts, or other restricted-access offers.
- Prices requiring coupons, promo codes, rebates, financing offers, gift cards, or mail-in rebates.
- Pre-order pricing or crowdfunding campaign pricing.
- Differences caused by shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, exchange rates, or other service-related charges.
Verification Requirements
To request a price match, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase from PETKIT, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- A screenshot or direct link showing the lower advertised price, including:
- product name,
- seller/store name,
- price,
- date,
- and availability status.
PETKIT reserves the right to independently verify all pricing information and reject any request that cannot be verified.
Approved Price Adjustments
If a request is approved, PETKIT will refund the price difference to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Approved price matches:
- cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or special offers;
- apply only to the item purchase price;
- do not apply to shipping charges, taxes, or other fees.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds after approval.
Right to Refuse or Limit Requests
PETKIT reserves the right to:
- deny requests suspected of fraud, abuse, resale activity, or bad faith;
- limit the quantity of price match requests per customer, household, or order;
- correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

PETKIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
