Welcome to PETKIT's Recurring Product Subscription Service.

This Subscription Policy ("Policy") explains the terms governing recurring product subscriptions offered through the PETKIT website (the "Site"). By purchasing a subscription service, you agree to this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Recurring Product Subscription allows customers to automatically receive eligible products at recurring intervals selected during checkout. Eligible subscription service and subscription options, pricing, and available delivery frequencies may vary by region.

1. Subscription Billing

Before completing your purchase, PETKIT will clearly and conspicuously disclose the material terms of the subscription, including the recurring charge amount, billing frequency, cancellation method, and any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges.

By completing the purchase and providing affirmative consent to the subscription terms, you authorize PETKIT and its payment service provider(s) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other applicable charges disclosed during checkout.

Recurring charges will continue until your subscription has been properly cancelled in accordance with this Policy.

2. Billing Date

After your purchase, PETKIT will provide you with an acknowledgment, in a form that you can retain, including the recurring billing amount, frequency, scheduled billing date, and cancellation instructions.

Your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of the each scheduled billing date corresponding to your selected subscription frequency, unless you cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date.

Customers are encouraged to review upcoming scheduled billing dates through the Subscription management portal and subscription confirmation emails.

Failure to review upcoming billing dates does not affect recurring charges that have been properly authorized in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

3. Delivery Frequency

Available delivery intervals are displayed on the applicable product page and during checkout.

Available subscription frequencies may include, but are not limited to:

• Every month;
• Every 2 months;
• Every 3 months;
• Every 4 months; and
• Every 5 months.

Available intervals may vary depending on the product.

4. Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription through the Subscription management portal or by contacting PETKIT Customer Support.

Subject to applicable processing deadlines, customers may:

• Skip an upcoming shipment (where available)；
• Pause a subscription (where available)；
• Resume a subscription；
• Change the delivery frequency；
• Update the shipping address；
• Update payment information；and
• Cancel the subscription.

Changes submitted after a recurring payment has been successfully processed may not take effect until the next billing cycle.

5. Changes to Subscription Frequency

Customers may request changes to their subscription frequency at any time.

Changes to your subscription frequency submitted through the Subscription management portal will become effective beginning with the next billing cycle.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, changes will not affect any subscription orders that have already been billed, entered processing, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

6. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through:

(a) the Subscription management portal accessible through the Site; or

(b) by contacting PETKIT Customer Support.

PETKIT will maintain a cancellation mechanism that is reasonably accessible and easy to use.

A cancellation request will become effective once submitted through an authorized cancellation method, provided that the request is received before the next scheduled billing date. If a cancellation request is submitted after the applicable processing deadline, the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.

Following cancellation, customers will receive a subscription cancellation confirmation email.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation will not result in a refund of subscription charges already incurred for the current billing period. Subscription benefits will remain available until the end of the applicable paid subscription period.

7. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions do not expire automatically.

Unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy, subscriptions will automatically renew at the selected billing interval, and recurring charges will continue until a valid cancellation request has been successfully processed.

The recurring charges, billing frequency, and cancellation procedures will be clearly disclosed before completion of the subscription purchase. By completing your subscription purchase, you expressly agree to these automatic renewal terms.

Renewal reminders may be provided where required by applicable law or where PETKIT determines appropriate. Any required renewal reminders will be sent in accordance with applicable law.

California Automatic Renewal Compliance

For customers located in California, PETKIT complies with applicable automatic renewal and continuous service laws, including requirements regarding clear disclosure of subscription terms, affirmative consent, cancellation procedures, and renewal notifications where applicable. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights provided under applicable California law.

8. Orders Already Processed

Cancellation requests or subscription changes will not affect subscription orders that have already:

• been billed;
• entered processing;
• been prepared for shipment; or
• been shipped.

Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation or modification requests before the next scheduled billing date to ensure changes take effect in time.

9. Failed Payments

If an automatic payment cannot be successfully processed, PETKIT will notify you using the contact information associated with your account and allow you a reasonable period to update your payment method. If payment is not successfully completed within such period, PETKIT may,

• retry the payment a reasonable number of times.;
• request that you update your payment method;
• suspend future subscription shipments until payment is successfully completed; or
• cancel the subscription following repeated payment failures.

PETKIT will not charge additional payment retry fees unless disclosed during checkout or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

PETKIT is not responsible for delays or interruptions resulting from unsuccessful payment attempts.

10. Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

PETKIT may modify subscription pricing for future billing cycles. Any price change will not affect charges already incurred.

Where required by applicable law, PETKIT will provide advance notice before revised pricing becomes effective.

Customers may cancel their subscription before revised pricing becomes effective.

11. Returns and Refunds

Products purchased through a recurring subscription service are subject to PETKIT's Return & Refund Policy.

Recurring subscription charges are generally non-refundable once an order has been processed, except where refunds are required by applicable law, where PETKIT has made an error, or as otherwise provided in PETKIT's Return & Refund Policy.

12. Subscription Communications

PETKIT may send subscription-related communications, including but not limited to:

• Subscription confirmations;
• Billing confirmations;
• Order confirmations;
• Shipping notifications;
• Renewal reminders (where applicable); and
• Cancellation confirmations.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information to ensure the subscription-related communications can be sent successfully.

Failure to receive communications due to incorrect contact information, spam filters, email settings, or other circumstances beyond PETKIT's reasonable control does not invalidate recurring billing or subscription renewals. ision does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

13. Promotional Offers

From time to time, PETKIT may offer promotional pricing, introductory discounts, or other limited-time subscription benefits.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotional pricing applies only to the specified promotional period and does not guarantee the same pricing for future billing cycles.

14. Changes to This Subscription Policy

PETKIT reserves the right to modify or update this Subscription Policy from time to time.

Any material changes will apply prospectively and will not modify the terms of subscriptions already purchased unless required or permitted by applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, customers will be notified of any material changes to this Subscription Policy at least [thirty (30) days] before such changes become effective, by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Site.

Continued use of the subscription service after the effective date of such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should cancel their subscription before revised pricing becomes effective.

15. Availability

Recurring Product Subscription may not be available for all products or in all countries or regions.

Availability is subject to product eligibility, logistics capabilities, payment processing availability, and applicable laws and regulations.

PETKIT reserves the right to determine subscription availability at its sole discretion.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Subscription Policy and any disputes arising out of or relating to your subscription shall be governed by the laws and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the PETKIT Terms of Service, including any arbitration agreement, class action waiver and any other provisions contained therein.

18. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Subscription Policy is incorporated by reference into the PETKIT Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service with respect to subscription service, this Policy shall control.
