Can I use other brand’s crystal cat litter?
Do not use crystal cat litter from other brands, nor other litter types such as tofu litter or mineral litter. Otherwise, it may cause the product to malfunction. PETKIT crystal cat litter is specially designed and developed by PETKIT for the Purobot Crystal Duo self-cleaning litter box.
What should I do if my cat has problems using it?
Most cats adapt quickly, but some may need a little extra time to get comfortable with the new litter’s texture, color, or scent. If your cat seems hesitant, try placing one poop and one urine clump from the old box into the new one. The familiar scent helps them recognize it as their own space, making the transition smoother and stress-free.
Is the crystal litter safe for my cat to use?
Our litter is made from silica gel - crystals derived from naturally occurring minerals. It’s completely safe to use in your cat’s litter box. However, to avoid any risk of choking, please ensure your cat does not ingest the crystal litter.
How should I dispose of used litter?
Never flush soiled litter down the toilet. Instead, place the entire tray, including litter, in a dedicated trash bag, no need for gradual scooping. Tie the bag securely and dispose of it in your outdoor trash. Then, clean the litter box thoroughly, install a new tray, and refill it with fresh crystals.
Does it clump?
It’s a non-clumping litter. Unlike traditional clumping litters that form heavy, messy clumps you need to scoop out and replace every few days, our non-clumping crystal litter keeps things simple and light. The highly absorbent silica gel crystals quickly lock in moisture and odor, allowing the liquid to evaporate while trapping odor molecules inside. That means lighter waste bags, less scooping, and fewer refills throughout the month.
Does crystal litter have a scent?

The device is good for the price, but then, tray is really expensive in my opinion and if we don't change it regularly so the device stop working correctly. I don't know but is not fair.
Too expensive can’t afford it
My older cat hates the crystal litter. I had to change that to regular clumping litter. The trays get full within two weeks which means I'm still having to scoop poop from the reservoir. There is no option just to buy the tray.Buy itself and they're absurdly expensive

I love them that's why I buy the pack of four. Wish they were cheaper. I have 7 cats so I have to replace it very often.
You pay top dollar for this product and it is a good product, but you shouldn’t have to put it together and it should last longer. Just saying.
I really wanted to like this litter but it gets EVERYWHERE. And by that I mean I am finding it in every room and it’s not just a little but rather large amounts. I’m having to sweep by the Litterbox every time my cat uses it as so much of it comes out with him when he leaves it. At first I seriously thought he was just kicking it out when he dug his hole, but the sad reality is that the litter easily sticks to his fur. Sad.
It took our cat couple days to get use to it. But we own quite a bit of Petkit products. The automatic dry food feeder is God sent. The first item we bought was the cat litter machine can’t remember what it’s called now and that has been great. The trade are a bit expensive I will agree.
This works really well and eliminates odor. The only problem is the inserts and crystal litter is quite expensive.

I had high hopes for this product but in practice, every tray has to be assembled and placing it under the machine isn’t as seamless as the video suggests. I completely regret this purchase and the purchase of the box. The only positive thing I can say is the camera is quite robust. Other than that, this is a completely regrettable purchase.
