Everytime I unplug it (for whatever reason) and I plug it back again, it won’t immediately start. It’s very frustrating. Also, some of the water seems to pool in the tray above without cycling through the filter and UV light, which kinda defeats the reason why I bought it: to protect my cat from bacteria and viruses. The app is optional so I do not use it, especially since it is sketchy and is obviously mining user data. It is quiet, though.

I am very disappointed that customer service let me know that in order to make the filter work properly in the fountain that I have to use a scissors to make the center of the filter, the hole in the middle, bigger. If this was something that was listed anywhere on the packaging, I would wonder why the product would be manufactured incorrectly. However, there is no information on the packaging and I had to exchange three emails with customer service before I got a solution. These filters also wear out faster than they say they do. I regret buying this fountain.

I do weekly water changes with distilled bottled water, cleaning the pump and replacing the filter monthly. My last Petkit fountain lasted years, and hoping this one will too!

Ordered on December 14th and now it is January 8th. Cannot find the original email from the order. It’s not in Trash folder and it’s not in junk folder. The $32 charge is on my account but I still do not have my filters.

Very useful 👍 I feel my kitties always have clean, fresh water to drink 💕 I change the filter once a month and it works great.

With the Petkit waterer my cat drinks a greater amount of water than she did from a plain bowl. And water consumption is SO important for a cat's urogenitury tract.

Super easy to use and clean. I really wish I had found this sooner. I’m literally blown away by how great this is and at this price. I recommend getting the cleaning kit as it’s made for this and makes everything a lot easier. Again, I highly recommend.

The filter worked to capture dust particles and hairs floating in the air. It's easy to rinse and even easier to replace when the time comes. My cat loves it.

This does the job, filters dust/dirt/hard elements. My cat enjoys the fountain and ends up drinking more often. He likes the movement and the freshness

Love this water filter for my kitty! We bought stainless steel basic one and this one far surpasses our expectations! Love that it has a unique feature to turn off and run for a few minutes. Easy to clean and provides a really clean moving water!

I have been using the PETKIT water fountain for several months now and really like it. It is very easy to clean and order filters. The cats love it! It can easily be controlled through my mobile phone as well.

The pet kit replacement filters were exactly what I expected. They work well. The shipping was about a week.

I am so glad we bought this fountain for our 14 year old cat. He has high normal kidney function and needs to drink a lot of water. He LOVES this fountain and is drinking more than ever. I love it because it is low maintenance and very easy to clean and replace the filter. And it’s filtered so I know it’s as clean as possible. Worth every penny!

I have more filters than I’ll ever use in the life of this fountain because I cannot figure out how to cancel the subscription. One star because I have to choose something.
