I absolutely love this fountain. The camera lets me check in on my cat while I’m away, and it’s really reassuring to see that they’re actually drinking water. It’s super quiet, easy to clean, and the app is simple to use. Definitely more expensive than a regular fountain, but for me it’s been worth every penny.

The cube is great. Just need to modify the bowl on the fountain. My high maintenance Persians go to the water fountain, which I have two of. I took one away to get them to use this one. They bypass it. Especially my two boys. The bowl needs to be shorter in the area where they are standing to reach over. They seem to rather drink out of a bowl on the other water bowl, which also dumps the water into a separate bowl and refills. The cube is just fine. I will look into the special cubes, can you make an all in one? The one for uti, bladder stones, fur balls, all that is needed.
It’s just my 4 Persians don’t seem to care about reaching down over the wall, they love how the other is designed to drink out on their face level. Also I love the camera it’s awesome and I love the fountain part, it’s actually too quiet. They need to hear a noise lol

With this fountain i can know which cats drink water or not and can check the camera around there too , can see the cats and what they do . I love it. It’s easy to clean and don’t need to buy filters anymore. I bought a lot of products from PETKIT and will be supporting them in the future

I've tried a few pet fountains over the years, and honestly, I thought they'd all reached the point where there wasn't much left to improve. Turns out I was wrong.

The PETKIT EverSweet Ultra does something that made me go, "Why hasn't anyone done this before?" Instead of endlessly recycling the same water, it keeps fresh water coming into the drinking tray while the used water drains away. It's one of those ideas that's so obvious once you see it that you wonder why every fountain doesn't work this way.

I also didn't think I'd care about the camera, but now I check it way more than I expected. It's fun catching my cats sneaking over for a drink, and it's actually pretty useful to know who's drinking and when. If you have more than one pet, it's surprisingly nice to see their habits without playing detective.

Another thing I appreciate is that it doesn't feel like it was designed by someone who enjoys making cleaning difficult. Taking it apart is straightforward, and the automatic flushing feature helps keep everything fresh without me having to constantly think about it. Less scrubbing, more couch time.

My cats took to it almost immediately, which is probably the toughest review that matters. They drink more often, and I have a little more peace of mind knowing they're getting fresh water instead of the same bowl circulating all day.

Is it the cheapest fountain out there? Definitely not. But it also doesn't feel like just another pet gadget with Wi-Fi slapped on it. There are actual thoughtful improvements here that make a difference day to day.

Bottom line: my cats are happy, I'm doing less maintenance, and I get to spy on them being adorable once in a while. I'd call that money well spent.

I've had this fountain now for several weeks. Out of the box, the fountain did not function properly. It continuously refilled until I had to empty and refill the tanks within one day. I emailed customer service, never got an email respond, the next day I contacted customer service via the app chat. They took some information from the back of my machine and it downloaded an update to the software. The fountain functioned properly for several days after that. Then I turned on the auto flush. Apparently, that went off in the middle of the night, and frightened my siamese cat. She was loving the fountain, but won't go near it anymore. Additionally, the refill began malfunctioning again. I cleaned up the fountain, and it worked properly again for about a day, then the refill kept going off every two minutes again. I emptied the waste water and filled the tank, unplugging it a while to get it to reset again. This cycle repeated again the next day. This time I turned off all the auto features. It appears to work properly, but if I try to use the auto features, it begins to malfunction until I clean and reset it. So, I love the fountain, but it doesn't function properly. Maybe mine is a lemon. Customer service told me they would email me, but that has yet to happen. Luckily, one of my cats still uses it.

The first unit worked great for the first two weeks, so I ordered a second unit. Both units are positioned next to each other. The first unit is now approximately one month old, and I am experiencing an issue where the recirculating pump stops flowing once or twice a day.

Each time this occurs, I completely disassemble the pump and clean it. However, there is never any debris or obstruction preventing the impeller from spinning. The app simply reports a “circulation issue,” but it does not provide any additional information about the cause of the loss of flow.

I would appreciate some clarification on how the system determines that there is a circulation problem. Specifically:

* Does the camera detect or verify water flow?
* Is the system monitoring the pump’s voltage or current draw?
* How is the expected or actual water flow calculated?
* What specific conditions trigger the “circulation issue” notification?

The pump and impeller are consistently clean and free of debris. Additionally, the other day the pump randomly began making a grinding noise. Again, there was nothing obstructing the impeller, and I was able to move it freely by hand.

Since the issue is occurring repeatedly despite the pump being clean and unobstructed, I would like to understand how the system is detecting the loss of circulation and whether this indicates a potential problem with the pump itself.

Cats don’t seem to mind it. I will try the other cubes, and see which ones they like best. Anything, to get them to stay hydrated.

Easy to clean and put together. Cats still getting used to drinking out of it. Easy to get wifi and program up and running. Membership is reasonable.

I really love this water fountain!! I have tried many but this is the best. You can change the water in tray at anytime to empty into the into at bottom. First one I have seen that does this. You know how yucky the water can get. This is perfect for my dogs. Love it!!

Love the ease of use. Very easy set up!! We have two cats - only one is using it. I think the lip around the drinking tray - maybe the reason he’s not using? Seems a tad high for a cat.

As most cat owners know it's difficult to know your cat is hydrated. This device gives you more than just hydration, but it gives you peace of mind. The camera tells me when she drank for how long and when she just appears. Thank you Petkit! We have already recommended all of your products to others. We used other fountains in the past that only work for a couple of days. Thank you Petkit!

So far not all of my fur babies use the fountain as I still have other fresh water available. Trying my best to support their kidneys!

💕It was easy to connect to the app and set it up. It allows you to set up how often and at what time the water tray dumps and refills. It also lets you set up how often and what time it does the self cleaning.

💕you get app alerts when the tank is running low and when the dirty tray is almost full. And the fountain itself turns red and talks to you.

💕all of my cats are drinking from it. Mochi was a hold out for a few days but she’s fully using it now.

💕it keeps the clean and dirty water separate to keep it cleaner. No recirculating spit and hair.

💕the camera tracks the cats and keeps track of who drank and for how long. It keeps videos of it.

❌the AI is kind of glitchy and I hope they work this out. Even though I programmed which cat is which. It sometimes cannot figure out who it is and just says “pet”. It also sometimes gets it wrong and says one of the pets drank when it was the other one.

❌I watched mochi drink a good drink this morning and the app didn’t record it at all. So if you are really using this to track drinking it’s not super accurate.

❌it doesn’t track how much they drink. Just the duration that they drink. Which in reality it just times how long they stand at the fountain. It’s recorded videos telling me one of them drank for X time but they didn’t actually drink at all.

❌it stoped circulating a few days ago and started making a mechanical noise. I did a drain and refill and then it now seems to be working correctly. I’m not sure if it just had something stuck or if it’s malfunctioning but time will tell.

I got this mainly for the separation of the clean and dirty water tanks. And so I can always see the water level when I’m not home. I’m sure they will update the issues with the AI as time goes on. Since this is a new product. But if you are looking for something that accurately tracks drinking - this ain’t it. It might work better with one pet. Or pets that look strikingly different.

I really love this fountain! It has been a game-changer for my household. 3 of my 4 cats took to it immediately, which is pretty impressive. My holdout kitty still won’t come near it (I think she’s scared of the noises), but I knew there was no way all 4 girls would be happy with it. Such is cat life lol As a fountain, it works perfectly. It’s very easy to clean and refill and the water tank is large enough to last almost a week in my house. I highly recommend it for any cat owner. I did give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don’t think the AI stuff is very good or worth it. I like having the camera to make sure they are getting water and such, but the facial recognition is not very good and basically never works. It’s not necessary for the functionality of the fountain, which is fine, but I’m sure it drives the cost up. A more affordable version without the AI stuff would be great. Bottom line, it’s a great fountain for clean, fresh water for most kitties. Low maintenance and no icky filters. Would buy again.

I love this water fountain. There’s no filters that you have to Hope catch the debris in the water. This hold a lot of water my cats love it!!! It’s nice to see my girls drinking enough water. Before it was really hard to get them to drink water. With only having access to fresh water they don’t try to take the fountain apart.

As mobility challenged person, this is so much easier to add water and clear the old water.

Great features But... it says my dog appears but does not drink even tho he does after he eats, it then alerts me of abnormal drinking habits which is incorrect as i watch him drink. Other than that I love the self cleaning features. But overall its bad if the purpose of it is to monitor drinking health but cant do it consistently.
