Pura max 2

So much better than the original one! Less smell, less tracking! I bought the pura max 2 instead of the 1 but it works great anyway. I also feel like the 2 is bigger than the 1, im very pleased with that! So happy with this and so are my cats.

Great Backwards Compatibility

Love that the newly redesigned PURAMAX 2 Cylinder was thoughtfully redesigned with backwards compatibility so that owners of the earlier version could enjoy the benefits of the new redesigned version. That shows how much Petkit values their customer base. Well Done!! I’m a customer for as long as I own cats which will be for the rest of my life! 🤣

PuraMax 2 Cylinder Max

I really like the new upgrade PuraMax 2 Cylinder Max that I received to replace the original PuraMax cylinder. My male cat pees high in the front corner by the entrance so it was an issue with the litter clumping on the mat & on the cylinder itself above the mat, no matter what type of litter I used. The new cylinder does a better job keeping the clumping down (so far) but when the cylinder rotates, the litter will stick on the wall of the cylinder just above the mat. It's not clumping there, just sticking slightly. I have to brush it off daily so it doesn't build up. It does not leak. I just wish the litter did not stick to the walls of the cylinder.

Has fix the leak problem so far. Just wish the upgrade was more rea$onable.

Perfect upgrade

I am thrilled that Petkit updated some parts of their self-cleaning litter box and made it BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE! What company even does this these days? They recognized some things about their PuraMax model that could be improved, fixed them in the new model, and they are offering the new cylinder for older models. This solves all of the issues we had with the original version and I am so happy with it. Because they did this, I will recommend this brand over any others that make robot litter boxes. This is a company that cares about and listens to their existing customers. My PuraMax is 4 years old and still working perfectly with 4 cats. Thanks for a great product!
